EcliptixNet is a rural-based, Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) established to fulfill the crucial need for affordable, broadband Internet access in isolated rural communities. Utilizing the state-of-the-art technologies of WiFi and WiMAX, EcliptixNet is able to serve those communities with high speed broadband technology; bridging the ‘Digital Divide’ that has plagued the U.S.'s rural communities since the dawn of broadband. These technologies allow EcliptixNet to bring community-wide, fixed and mobile broadband wireless access to all residents, school districts, businesses and public safety and service agencies from anywhere in the community, at anytime. The company’s superior infrastructure capabilities lower the need for a customer’s line-of-sight (LOS) connection, common with other WISPs today.
EcliptixNet was founded on the principle of “universal availability of broadband technology to all rural communities.” Built on a foundational and collective promise to every rural community throughout the Inland Northwest, EcliptixNet will thrive as a successful rural provider of a vitally needed technology: available anywhere, anytime, digital broadband.
