Committed Information Rate (CIR)
EcliptixNet Business-class service provides the business entity with a guarantee that a minimum throughput rate will be provided across our network, ensuring their speed will never drop below that minimum. Quality of Service (QoS)
Ecliptixnet Business-class service also provides the business entity with a higher priority of traffic during the day. This means that based upon the rate plan chosen, the business Internet traffic will be passed before lower priority traffic such as Residential traffic. Email Addresses: Up to 10 will be provided if requested. Additional addresses are $2.50/month
Number of Authorized Access Devices: A maximum of 2 devices will be allowed simultaneous access to the wireless network. (External radio on building only counts as one device and can serve any number of computers within building.)
Static IP Addresses:
- Public* - $10/Month Additional
- Internal** - $5/Month Additional
* Public IP addresses are accessible through the Internet and are used for internal web 
servers or Virtual Private Networks (VPNs).
**Internal IP addresses are not visible from the Internet and are used mainly for peer-to-peer (P2P) file sharing between two internal subscribers.
Installation Fees:
Will vary depending on agreement term and if additional wireless equipment is required. Fees include the installation/configuration of wireless customer premise equipment, shielded category5e network cable run up to 100’ terminated inside customer’s building as well as configuration of customer’s internal switch/router.
Fees start at $275 for 3-year Service Agreement. Additional installation fees may apply if alternate equipment is needed to provide customer with reliable signal.
